Pigs & Pinot Hawaiian Style Winemaker Seminar & Cooking Demonstration Luncheon
The Kapalua Wine & Food Festival 2024 is delighted to host the popular “Pigs & Pinot Hawaiian Style” Winemaker Seminar and Cooking Demonstration Luncheon. This event is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua – Ballroom on June 8, 2024. Celebrity Chef Charlie Palmer will be presenting this event, featuring signature dishes and wine pairings from Pinot Cup winners Mike Sullivan of Benovia and Dan Kosta of DK Wine Group.
Grand Tasting Gala: A Taste of the Best
On the same day, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Aloha Garden Pavilion – The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua, the Grand Tasting Gala will take place. Sip a selection of premium and hard-to-find wines, handcrafted cocktails and mocktails, and taste the culinary artistry of Kapalua Resort restaurants. This walk-around tasting format is highlighted by specialty purveyors like Petrossian Caviar and local island-style music.
Sunday Morning Champagne & Caviar Special Club Seminar
Start your Sunday morning on June 9, 2024, with an interactive wine tasting seminar featuring Champagne & Caviar Special Club. From 10:00 Am to 11:30 AM at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua – Ballroom, savor exclusive and rare caviar from the world-famous Petrossian label, expertly paired with Champagne Special Club Wines. Note, due to its popularity, this panel sells out quickly.
Celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan: A Culinary Delight
Later that day, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, join Celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan for a cooking demonstration and luncheon. Chef Chauhan will showcase cuisine from her four popular restaurants in Nashville. The four-course luncheon is paired with wines from Jean-Charles Boisset from Buena Vista Winery in Carneros, Mommessin, and Domaine Blanc de Cru Vougeot in Burgundy.
