The Bay Villas at Kapalua® Resort
The Bay Villas at Kapalua® Resort consist of 141 units, completed in 1977, of concrete and hollow tile construction with redwood exterior walls.
These magnificent villas are in cluster, two-story tall buildings of 3-6 units, on 16 acres of oceanfront property. The views include sunset, ocean, Molokai and the humpback whales (in season).
Loft style and one level styles are available in both 1 bedroom (940 sq.ft.) and 2 bedroom (1500 sq.ft.) units. All units also include lanai’s (400-450 sq.ft.).
The Golf Villas consist of 186 units in 16 separate residential buildings, completed in 1979, of wood/stucco construction.
These villas, built on 15.8 acres of resort property are 3 story buildings with 11-12 units per building. Sizes range from 899 sq.ft. to 1350 sq.ft. with additional lanai space from 238 sq.ft. to 430 sq.ft..
All Golf Villas are equipped with central air conditioning. These villas have golf course (Bay Course at Kapalua® Resort), tropical, ocean and sunset views.
The Ridge at Kapalua® consists of 161 units in 28 separate buildings, on 21.8 acres.
The Ridge Villas were constructed of concrete, hollow tile and redwood and were completed in 1979/80. These units offer carports and carport storage, there are two pools on the property and barbecue facilities.
Units range in size from 1125 sq.ft. to 1778 sq.ft. Views consist of golf course (Bay Course at Kapalua® Resort), ocean and tropical views.
The Ironwoods community consists of 40 units in 10, two-story buildings on 9 acres of oceanfront/golf course property. Completed in 1979, these units are constructed from wood frame with stucco exteriors. This first-class gated community features an oceanfront pool, jet spa, exercise room and on-property Manager’s residence. Each unit has its own garage and central air conditioning. 2 bedroom, 3 bath units are 1750 to 2012 sq. ft. and 3 bedroom, 4 bath units are 2400 to 2699 sq. ft. Lanai’s are from 484 to 558 sq. ft.
Kapalua® Place consists of 8 lots on the oceanfront property at Oneloa Bay. Lot sizes range from 26,156 to 74,178 sq. ft. This unique gated community is nestled between the Bay Villas at Kapalua® Resort and The Ironwoods.
Each owner will build their own home according to Kapalua® Place design review and covenants. All Kapalua® Place lots have beach access.
Pineapple Hill consists of 99 terraced lots in a gated community with Summer Road and Fairway Drive fronting the Bay Course at Kapalua® Resort. This neighborhood boasts some of the finest views of Lanai, Molokai and sunset views each evening from your lanai.
Owners enjoy the use of large tennis courts, barbecue areas and pool/recreation clubhouse. There are 6 home plans to choose from with reverse plans. Sizes range from 2300 to 3400 sq.ft., plus garage. Each plan can be reformatted to your personal interior space which makes each of these homes unique. The manager’s unit is also on property in this year-round resort community.
Plantation Estates is Kapalua® Resort’s newest gated community surrounding the Plantation Course at Kapalua® Resort. These lots have magnificent views of the island of Molokai and bays located on the northern side of Maui. There are only 36 lots of 2+ acres in Plantation Estates. Owners may hire their own architects and interior designers as well as landscape artists, subject to the design review committee. There is nothing comparable to this development on the island of Maui. A very special place for your home!
