The Bay Villas at Kapalua® Resort consist of 141 units, completed in 1977, of concrete and hollow tile construction with redwood exterior walls.

These magnificent villas are in cluster, two-story tall buildings of 3-6 units, on 16 acres of oceanfront property. The views include sunset, ocean, Molokai and the humpback whales (in season).

Loft style and one level styles are available in both 1 bedroom (940 sq.ft.) and 2 bedroom (1500 sq.ft.) units. All units also include lanai's (400-450 sq.ft.).

The Golf Villas consist of 186 units in 16 separate residential buildings, completed in 1979, of wood/stucco construction.

These villas, built on 15.8 acres of resort property are 3 story buildings with 11-12 units per building. Sizes range from 899 sq.ft. to 1350 sq.ft. with additional lanai space from 238 sq.ft. to 430 sq.ft..

All Golf Villas are equipped with central air conditioning. These villas have golf course (Bay Course at Kapalua® Resort), tropical, ocean and sunset views.

Ridge Villas, Ironwoods and Kapalua® Place

The Ridge at Kapalua® consists of 161 units in 28 separate buildings, on 21.8 acres.

The Ridge Villas were constructed of concrete, hollow tile and redwood and were completed in 1979/80. These units offer carports and carport storage, there are two pools on the property and barbecue facilities.

Units range in size from 1125 sq.ft. to 1778 sq.ft. Views consist of golf course (Bay Course at Kapalua® Resort), ocean and tropical views.
