Kapalua Golf Villas

It's all about golf! Not only is “Play Golf America” offering free lessons in various locations throughout Kapalua and Kaanapali from the 27th to the 29th of this month, but we have 32 nearby Golf Villa units now on the market for easy and convenient access to this wonderful sport. Better yet, some of our one and two bedroom units have really dropped their prices.

Excitingly, we have a one bedroom and two bath listed at $690,000 that is located at street level right on the 10th Fairway of the Bay Course where the LPGA tournament will be played in October! Also on the 10th Fairway, we have GV 17P5,6, a nice unit that boasts a wonderful view and recently dropped its price to $795,000. One of our new listings, 17V3, is a beautifully remodeled two bath “Gold” program unit on the top floor. The asking price is $1,079,000. We also have a pair of three bedroom units listed, one for $1.5M and another for $1,649,000 which has been upgraded to the “Gold” program for maximum rental. 14P5,6 has dropped his price to $960,000 and 26P1,2 to $899,000.

We feel that this is an excellent time to be looking at the Golf Villas. Joan Mayo, their new manager tells me they have maintenance programs in the works which we will hopefully hear about in October during the owners annual meeting. Keep in mind that every owner is entitled to the special “owner rate” for Golf, which is particularly helpful for those of you who play a lot during your stay.

The Golf Villas have 15.8 acres and 4 pools, in case you were wondering if anything but golf goes on there. Kapalua now has an adventure center for all activities of mountain walking, zip lines, challenge wall, and snorkeling and kayaking. The Villas are also only a very short walk to Kapalua Bay Beach, the tennis gardens, and the Pineapple Grill Restaurant.
