Although West Maui real estate sales have been slightly slow as of late, there is good news. Recent reports show Maui condo values have risen by 7% over the last year; if this trend continues we could start to see a slow but steady upturn in the Maui condo market. This is a great sign marking now as a wonderful time to purchase a new Kapalua condo or other West Maui property. Right now there are some very enticing West Maui condos on the market at the Kapalua Bay Villas, Napilihau Villages, and the Kapalua Golf Villas.
