Maui condo sales shine at the Ritz Carlton Residential suites | | April 18, 2008 | |  One of the most successful West Maui real estate sales took place on March 15th at the Ritz Carlton Residential suites. In just a few hours, 92 out of a total 107 residential Kapalua condos at the Ritz Carlton were sold, totaling an impressive $176,000,000 in sales. These beautiful luxury Kapalua condos, sold in both one and two bedroom flavors, were sold at prices ranging from $895,000 to $l,480,000 for a single bed, and $2,045,000 to $3,470,000 for two bed units. The sale of the day though went to a magnificent $6,400,000 ocean front pent house. These super Kapalua condo sales definitely go to show that the luxury Maui real estate market is in fine health, and with luck will continue to be for some time. |
