Refrreshed restaurants at The Ritz Carlton Hotel at Kapalua | | February 23, 2008 | | The Ritz Carlton Hotel at Kapalua is now open once again after a large scale renovation, with their gourmet restaurants ready for guests with discerning pallets. These fabulous upgrades include:
- A new destination bar and lounge from which to enjoy beautiful sunset views from the hotel's signature restaurant, The Banyan Tree.
- Architectural details inspired by Maui's rich plantation history complementing the rich Regional Pacific cuisine at the Terrace restaurant.
- Black lava stone and lighted amber glass accentuates combines with increased outdoor spaces at the re-designed Alaloa Lounge.
- Best of all, the ever popular Kai Sushi restaurant now inhabits a new space off the lobby with a new design depicting the Hawaiians arrival across the pacific to complement the fine sushi selections by Chef Tadashi Yoshino.
